The difference between DC pumps and AC pumps

AC water pumps:

1.The level of security is not high enough.As is known to all,the safe voltage for human is 36V,but AC pumps uses more than 220V ac power which has high demand on insulation.Once the line is broken,it’s very likely the safety accident will happen because of electric shock.If the pump is in  fish tank,the fish will be in dangerous once electric leakage.

2.Short Lifetime.Because of copper-clad aluminum cable core in ac pump motor,the motor temperature is generally above 120°C.In the condition of realizing same performance parameters,the power consumption of ac pumps is higher than dc water pump.

3.High noise.The ac pumps use backward technology and different material,the noise of ac pump is above 40db universally and the noise would be more and more higher with use time growth. 

DC water pumps:
