Tip 1: avoid frequent switch
Don’t open and close the pump frequently.It will cause backflow when pumps stalling,if we restart it immediately,the winding would burn out because of too large starting current.Due to the startup current,the motor windings of submersible pump will burn out too because of frequent starting.
Tip 2:install leakage protector
The main function of leakage protector is to prevent us from electric leakage.As we know,the micro submersible pumps are working underwater, electric leakage will cause energy loss and even cause an accident of electric shock.But if pumps are equipped with leakage protector,the leakage protector will cut off the power supply of mini submersible pump as long as the leakage value of pump exceed the action current value of leakage protector.
Tip 3:choosing power supply which can comply with standard
If the power supply and the pump are far part,the cross-sectional area of connection cable shoulb be bigger and the joint should be less,to ensure that the normal voltage is between 342-418v.In order to ensure safety,you can embedded a iron line(longer than 1m) in wet ground where is near power supply or pump.
Tip 4:don’t make the submersible pump overload working for too long time
In order to avoid making the submersible pump overload working for too long time,please don’t pump water which contains too much sand,and observe whether the current value is normal.If the current value is too large,please stop it and check the pump.Besides,the electric pump can’t run without water for too long time.
Tip 5:check it frequently and repair it timely if it was broken.
Checking the motore frequently should be your daily work.Once finding that the lower cover has crack,the rubber seal ring was broken or invalid,you should replace and repair it timely.
Tip 6:the direction of rotation of motor must be right
Before opening the pump,you should make certain the direction of rotation of motor.At present,many types of submersible pump are available to pump out water in both corotation and inversion,but if the motor is in the condition of inversion,the water yield will be small and the current will be large.Besides,if the motor is in inversion for a long time, the motor winding would be damaged.
